Greg, I didn't state the radiation decay model could determine the true motions of objects in space. I stated, I used it as an additional corrective tool, to fathom redshifts/blueshifts at large distances... I stated it to you once before, in another post, but as to re-stating it another way, I'll say this...; Both quantum mechanics and the standard model predict faster rates of c, in the past. If true, then c has been slowing since some sort of point/region, or whatever... If c is slowing, then matter must be expanding. Since space is matter, it must be expanding. This is just the interpretation of mass laws of physics. Mass increases with velocity, and decreases with the slowing of velocity, yet mass increasing requires, by SR/GR, to be shrinking, sizewise, so if mass is decreasing with velocity, our present universe, then mass is expanding, sizewise. Though, I wouldn't put much money on RP's exaggerated figures. But, if mass and space are required to expand as matter decays, which it certainly is, as witnessed by stars' decay cycles, and other matter decay cycles, then the universe is over-all expanding. Now, as to accelerating, the decay model can not predict that, but my guess is, it is slightly over-all accelerating, or will, at some point in the distant future, because light will, at some point, slow more rapidly than at present, as the stars eventually burn out, unless more new stars are born, than old stars die. Yet, on an over-all perspective, a total universal decay mechanics model, can successfully predict a present expansion, by the physics laws mentioned above. As a further aside, all that radiation, as real particle waves, has to go somewhere, and since many of us agree that the universe is full of a fundamental substance, mine being fundamental photons, since that's all the final decay model shows, my theorizing shows it absolutely must expand. Of course, there's also the other school, that states "Photons don't travel through space", but the plasma fields, made of real matter, protons, electrons, neutrons, and their photons, certainly do travel, as they hit the earth, and give us the northern light show, so there are real particle/waves over-filling the space between the galaxies, etc., thus causing real expansion of space, except where the aether fields are pushing stronger from another direction, such as our local galaxie group, which is closing. IMO, it's a tremendous amount to do with the inter-galactic winds and storms, than gravity, because there seems no other explanation for some galaxies closing, while others are separating further. As another aside to this, what other explanation is there for the tail of comets, to travel away from the sun first...? To me, that's just another example of the real hydrodynamics of the em-aether field's/solar wind's direction___and obviousness... Of course, that's in dis-agreement with most standard and quantum model physics, but they offer nothing to refute the obvious, now do they...?
