The reason I asked Mind, Body, or Spirit is in the Here/Now there was no physical body. ( Illusion ).
There was the "I AM", but as you pointed out probably the Ego. That also was being erased, and it was off to oblivion, perhaps to Nirvana, but I didn't get that far. Maybe at that level it's just spirit?
However, when dealing with the physical universe of protons/neutrons, planets, stars, galaxies and such, it may be best to leave the Person out of this since we are the observer.
I'm not sure thats possible but I would like to try.
