Firstly my thoughts on the nature of control: Every organic thing is ultimately controlled by the determinations of its DNA...that's what runs the show.
I assume that the control you question is not of this DNA variety but rather the 'arbitrary controls' that arise from anything other than instinct. If this is the case then of course a new reality would manifest itself and the absolutes would be reduced to what they are - constructs. For example the idea of equality is not witnessed anywhere in nature - we invented the idea and the try to acheive it - yet it does not exist.
