I have found Dr. Cramer's web site to be an excellent reference with just about anything having to do with quantum physics. Besides the web text, he also has several Power Point presentations that can be downloaded. The Afshar test is quite interesting as a method to assess the QM interpretations.

Though I've found that the many worlds interpretations of QM formalism is worth reviewing once, it is not worth a second review or worthy of discussion.
