About Einstein: it is a common mistake to claim that he finished his academic degree before publishing his articles in 1905. He did study for 4 years but couldn't finish his degree. He studied in the polytechnic institution in Zurich where a thesis was demanded for the graduation. Einstein couldn't find any doctor that was willing to cooperate with his "crazy" ideas for a thesis, thus he was forced to leave the institution without graduating. Any one that will truly check this information will find it valid! Personally I know it from two sources: A BBC program published on 2005 about Einstein's equation "E=mc^2". And from the details published in the exhibition about Einstein at 2005, in the Israeli science museum. Anyone that really wants to know what Einstein himself had to say about the Academic institutions is referred to the book "Albert Einstein/ Ideas and opinions". I read this book in Hebrew and I hope that the English edition is similar.
To my dear new opponents I say again: If anyone can contradict my arguments in the first article (not including the appendix), please come forward and show how. I will immediately admit my mistakes if there are any… Any other response is just playing with ego and no more than that. |
