The circle starts where you decide to start looking at it and finishes where you finishes just before that, after you have gone looking all around.
Anyway, although it has no begining and no end, the circle is clearly, and this is a mathematical, not phoilosophical statement, is finite: you just multiply the radius by two and by pi, and then you have the FINITE number of the circle's circumference. I have just invalidated the circle argument, and what surprises me, is that I have improvised this answer, I thought while I wrote; this means that I'm getting better.
