Good point!
Otherwise, it is rather easy to make "not too bad proclamations" like:
Energy creates, energizes and rules everything!
This covers everything, even Time and Abstract conceptions included, with the sole exception of Nothingness.
It may even argue that it can predict everything, every new discovery, every test, every designed experiment.
It is also falsifiable by a single counter sample, even though every rational scientist and philosopher knows that there will be no counter samples.
