In message #1, Guille (The Thinker) provided a link (now invalid) written by Dr. Michio Kaku (a famous physicist on string theory) about the criteria that a claimed TOE might have, in order to get attention from the physics community.
After I searched for the said article, perhaps Kaku did some modification and now the link becomes
