Distance scales?? unobservable? ..... nonsense - my prediction: Electrons of relativistic velocities orbiting their nucleus will exhibit spectral line-broadening with regards to emission and absorption wavelengths. Perhaps this can be seen with high-res detectors?
I think I'll call it "Fivedoughnut Broadening" lol
