In what context, though, are you using the word "nature"? For human "Natures" (our somatic, material beings) have indeed CHANGED DRASTICALLY. The proliferation of human-engineered chemicals in our biosphere (from DDT to rGBH to Agent Orange) have proved how great a change we can make in our genes alone (often for the worst, in the aforementioned cases).
