I guess you could say space is that way such as when the EM waves are at constructive interference they are positive mass and when they are at destructive interference they are at negative or lesser mass (minimum); somewhere in between this vibration is the null or neutral. I don’t really believe you meant it this way though. If your looking for something opposite of gravity you might consider expansion as the opposite effect. Before you can go any further though you must explain the cause of MASS since motion affects it. (Relativity 101)
