Good advice, John, but the document must be submitted in pdf format to be accepted at Create Space.
If RP hasn't informed you already, the .doc that you uploaded was corrupt. I opened other docs to test if it was my end, and they opened fine. I haven't checked your site again, but if the link is still on there you can take it down now.
