If RP hasn't informed you already, the .doc that you uploaded was corrupt. I opened other docs to test if it was my end, and they opened fine. I haven't checked your site again, but if the link is still on there you can take it down now.

Adobe is in a world all of their own. You do not own their products, their products own you. I do not go there. That is not to say that RP should not use Create Space. This is to say I can not help in that world. My thought was more in line with using both. I can help with a bit of web space and how to use it. This was meant to be in addition to what ever else he wanted to do. In the long run The web space and the knowledge of how to use it, I think will be the better investment of time and money. He can do his advertising on his own space and point to his document on Create Space if he wants. Whatever is decided. I simply indicated that I was willing to help. What ever is decided let me know.
PS I opened the document that is on line it is usable it is a bit strange around page 273 There is a page with only 5 lines. This is not an unusual error. it is a paging error. Very common on a large document with graphics.
It could still be used to cut and paste information into an html document.
It will not open with word 2000 or above because of the paging error. I can open it and fix it in office 98 running in W2k. Newer is not always better.
I will try to have HoTMetaL pro open the document and save as html. It might work I will let you know. This will remove all of the paging then the paging can be done by hand. With html page breaks. I do not know what kind of conversions can be done in adobe. I would guess that it can convert html.
