Hi swoarg;

I don't believe gravity exist independent of mass. In other words to have gravity you have to have mass. Gravity being a property of mass, and not an independent entity in its own right. When mass gets compressed in a black hole energy is produced. Hawkings black hole radiation, quasars with gamma rays etc.

Now the question is does energy have gravity? At present it's unknown. I believe energy has some mass and therefore gravity.

I believe in the conservation of gravity, but that is just my belief.
