Hi Dipayankar;

I believe all sounds are based on the octave though much we are unable to hear. It goes from the subaudible to the ultra audible. But the octave remains the same, some higher frequencies some lower. I imagine the atomic frequency would be very, very high, and that of the planets very low.

Similar to light infrared, visible, ultraviolet.
