Re: Remote Viewing - Fact Or Fiction?

Well, I contend that all events including thoughts go out into the surrounding universe exactly like a radio broadcast (very weak in the case of most of us), in light and sound and even emotional intensity with their own unique signature. So, just as a radio receiver can pick up a radio signal, but only if properly tuned to the correct station, it seems perfectly reasonable that with the proper training and mental focus we should be able to tune into any number of these frequencies with a sufficiently disciplined will and mind. We may need to evolve into cyborgs to fully take advantage of these abilities, but isn't that what we are doing when we tune a radio to the station that we want to listen to, we are like "component cyborgs" rather than "integrated cyborgs."

I don't know why "Science" is so reluctant to accept the personal testimony of vast numbers of individuals as validation of a phenomenon. All data collecting is after all just statistical and based on human observations and interpretations. Just because we are not clever, enough, yet, to come up with an appropriate experiment to test a particular Effect, doesn't mean that we can't collect data about the effect as it occurs naturally or randomly throughout the population and draw useful conclusions from this type of data. The failure to produce laboratory results may be lies with the "investigators" experimental designs and not with the "ignored" data that is available to them
