Two words.. potato famine. If potatoes didn't decide to make themselves so tasty and easy to grow would a problem like this even occur? I doubt it! It is not the potatoes fault that it is genetically endowed with the quaility of tastiness...we must distinguish between nature and nuture stuff.
And yes everything is Potato-e so AGAIN Profpat was wrong is segregating TOMATOES....I'm giong away for a week but I hope this Forum can help Pat grow in his Patatoanity.
