Yes it is true, once the body dies, the consciousness or as i like to call it ''the illumination'' goes out too.
But the 'you' that died in the waking dream has now gone to the deep dreamless sleep. Pure Awareness State.
"Real literal life" is another dream, namely: "the waking dream".
Simply "Oneness" dreaming "Itself" to be "two": "me" and "the world".

What force makes the sperm unite with the egg dividing and separating into all it's parts resulting in a fully formed living entity even before it's own brain has developed into a perceiving organ.
The baby lives in a state of pure awareness consciousness.
It is 2 years old before it starts to perceive it's reality.
Consciousness is an aspect of awareness, awareness is the eternal illuminator.

OR ..Does the brain of the mother act as the functioning factors in the process of the new life forming inside her.?
