My IDE was a little like being fully conscious in the twilight zone..I did not get a sense that this presence was me..but was a presence with me...I felt large hands on my back from shoulder to shoulder as I was rapidly pushed down that spiralling tunnel of swirling light and dark. I do remember that as this experience transpired I had no memory of my life, earth or my family. I was I could only say hyper-conscious in those moments but I am baffled by the fact that although my physical body lay back here with my daughter, my body has some kind of memory of what occurred...strange stuff!!
