I remember many instances of me leaving my physical body, seeing myself several feet
above the physical body watching myself laying there and wondering how the heck was i
going to get back into that place?
It is quite possible to leave the body while fully awake too, this just takes practise and
a willingness to be still and know that all is well! It can seem a little scary at first, then one feels excited at the opportunity to travel where ever your imagination can think you too!
The practise of lucid dreaming is an ideal way of achieving OOB experiences and being
fully conscious throughout.

Hi Michael...thanks for responding..I am particularly sensitive to have OBEs and yes in the beginning when I was completely ignorant of our unknown hidden wisdom it was indeed a scary experience. I am no longer afraid to flow with the experience and find that in doing that I can more consciously remember and record what occurred so I can study the OBE experience directly.
Our sleep patterns are particularly significant to the experience and I studied the work of Dr. Carl Calleman's studies to grasp that knowledge.
Do you know anything you could share about the experience I described above concerning "being in two places at once"?? That was particularly strange and of course had my co-worker not related it back to me..I would not have ever known about it.
