You're confusing me by switching threads. I thought you had put this under "your TOE theory", where I had asked you the question " does your theory believe that new matter ( mass ) is being CREATED?"
Also does your FET have a structure for the proton such as quarks.

Additionally, light travels at the same constant speed everywhere. It isn't " slower " when going through a medium, it just takes longer because it is interacting with that medium. This is why it takes so long for the photons, created in the Sun's center, to eventually to get to the surface.
