 why speed of light is c in vacuum?
Being a graduate student I want to say "even if we say about the constancy of speed of light,one question
strike about the value of it.Why it was found to be c=2.99*10^8 m/s
why not to some other value."Is it the same to ask why earth attracts
everything towards itself without saying that -"due to gravity".
