I did a George Bush during Vietnam and joined the Air National Guard. After 6 months of basic and tech school, we became weekend warriors.
I was activated twice during my stint there, once in 1967 because of the Detroit riots and again in 1968 because of the Detroit riots. Detroit likes to riot a lot. |
