Is intuitional telepathy really telepathy, or just your body picking up micro reactions that happen too fast for your consciousness to see? For instance, in your example when you meet someone and your intuition tells you they're no good, maybe it was something you're not consciously aware of that your body and brain and all it's senses are picking up. For instance it could be something in their phermones, or maybe they made some face or roll of the eye or twitch of the mouth that you picked up and interpreted as being bad. Another example - you leave your apartment, go to use the elevator, but your intuition tells you to take the stairs instead. Moments later the elevator crashes to the ground as the cables break, killing its occupents. Was this telepathy at work? Perhaps subconsciously you picked up tiny sound waves of the cables screaching, or some unnatural grinding sound in the elevator shaft, or a strange vibration in the floor. None of these things you were consciously aware of, but your subconscious was and told your body to avoid the elevator. Hence, on a conscious level, you took the stairs for no apparent reason. |
