Do you want a relative answer or an absolute answer? According to Einstein's relativity: there is no way an observer can measure absolute rest nor absolute motion. However, Newton's 3rd law of motion says that for every motion there is an equal and opposite motion. There is no disagreement between Newton and Einstein regarding this 3rd law.


Time independence: [∂E(g)]²=[∂F(a)×∂r(a)]·[∂F(b)×∂r(b)] and Mass independence: a(tr(t)=c²
