It is a serious theory, but because it opposes Einstein's view on space-time and supports the ether concept, it is difficult to get any recognition.
But one thing is sure: relativity is clearly wrong and wisp theory explains why.
Wisp theory developed from a simple idea that explained the cause of matter - a hole in the ether that forms into a fractal shape. This simple idea is a real gem, but it has failed to raise any interest in forum discussions. Much effort seems to be doing battle with Einstein's special relativity - a theory that fails to meet common sense criteria and yet has established itself as a fundamental pillar in modern science. It is wrong and has damaged the ability of scientist to think in an open-minded way.
Very soon one-way speed of light tests will show special relativity to be false.
