This is a Moebius strip. Starting from the outside of the clockwise arrows one go around inside and outside again back to the beginning point. It's more of rotative than reflective, don't you think?
Something confusing of maths is that in mathematics clockwise is negative and anti-clockwise is positive, due to trigonometry. But this is confusing, because we tend to give the positive idea to the normal one, or common one, and negative to the opposite, or anti.
