And the second one is that mental properties actually are physical, because, for example, if economic growth or economic decline happens, we can see it, perceive it from the physical world: change in amount of new babies, change in infrastructures, change in all areas of which money, something that doesn't exist can change what do exist. Paradoxical but true.
