I hate to say this but wouldn't a motionless body technically be a corpse. Until I am a corpse, there is motion to be detectable, thermal properties that can be scanned, etc. Is there an alternate word for illusion that would be more fitting. Perhaps appearance of motionlessness. Illusion conjures up the deluded, or the charmed. We indeed could be charmed, couldn't we, into believing in motion?.
