In the spirit of the wave nature of all elementary particles, what else is matter made of? Matter waves are exactly that. They represent a form of energy. Particles are being coaxed out from nothing more than the crash of high speed collisions.
Like ice crystals form from water when cooled down: It is my rude understanding of cosmology that a release of energy after a quantum flactuation caused an inflaton field to expand and then stabilize as the value of this field settled again. When this field dramatically slowed its expansion, most of the expansion energy was converted into matter which showed up as elementary particles once it was cool enough. This process seems to me very much like frost formation from cooling of humid air (cooling = energy extraction)
So what else is matter made of?
What else is the most elementary and the simplest ingredient of the cosmos?
