Imagine if General Electric invented a warp engine that was a time machine. This space drive would take space and bring it to a new location.

As an organization what would be the limitations of having the best TOE, Would they be able to profit from The Theory of Everything? Or would Government step in and control the portal?

Assume it to be true that both you are working for General Electric and can go back in time for valueables; or Assume that you are a government decision maker and have to steer us away from "too much of a good thing."

Why we only have to look as far as this latest post by which you have regulated yourself to asking for clarification, and by this I am happy that you are starting to see that this thread is not for your amusement, but on the last question of whether I care to expand upon my comments...I do not, not under the pretense that we are in disagreement, if you can shine some light on how you intend to rob the past of it's knowledge...then maybe we can figure out why you feel you have the right to do this, for it may put into jeopardy the very existence of this conversation.

I am not quite certain what it is that you believe I am stealing, were I to explore and experience the past, with as a goal, gaining some information and understanding that may be of assistance in facing the future......

Once upon a time, I had wondrous faith in 'regulation' and those institutions which were central to my youth and early societal conditioning. Perhaps it is my lack of trust in regulating bodies, gained through experience, which led me to choose the one answer over the other.

By use of the word 'plunder', your negative address of my thread name, and a perception of 'horribly selfish', it is not my impression that you wish to pursue a conversation.

Confrontation is not my choice. If you enjoy such, may I suggest Lloyd or Greybeard? They are far more qualified for such exchange.

I've seen this site grow and prosper and I myself have progressed and transformed from a noble minded person to a person with the ability to create other noble minded people. There have been a few geniuses on this site who have chosen to go into exile rather than compete with ideologues such as yourself, one name comes into mind, do a forum search on Guille. Your overall argument is that your choice is "correct" or somehow beyond my opinion that the word "plunder" goes against every ideal we hold here at Toequest, you seem to be using the immature opinion that since I put that option on the poll I must have expected someone to choose it. Be as it may I find it hard to compete with soo many ideologues on this website yet it is my responsibility not to be discouraged by posters such as yourself; besides your theory that I don't want to have a conversation is not helped by the fact that you tell me to go talk to Lloyd or Greybeard, and yes I have quarreled with them in the past but it has always be in the spirit of the TOEQUEST and I do not see why I should not argue with you on your choice in the polls; perhaps I may change your mind or at least show you the reasons why it is important to avoid selfishness, even in this science fiction "assume it to be true" forum.

I am very open to the possibility that we go through a cleansing period on this site, possibly turning it into a paysite, which would also be open to debate, but I find it absolutely impossible to compete with the overwhelming influx of plagiarism, unscientific opinions, and overall I feel that this has hurt the core of the debate that there is in fact another way to present knowledge which make the TOE possible, but then again I will bring this up to Robert and will be looking to recruit some members to co-sponsor this idea for a "reorganization based on core member principles".

The basis for core membership are, original articles written and supported by peer-review or additional documentation showing scientific merit such as publication, a focused approach to the Toe i.e. not simply posting your one word answer to every subject, having the ability to take criticism and to partake in healthy debate (this excludes you labelwench), some aspects of reputation will be considered also (i.e. if your professional life is marked by scandal you need not apply) this includes members who have made no attempt to further their ideas in a timely manner such as members like Mohan, Rascal, David, and many others who have a bad habit of waiting 30 years before they claim to have "discovered the theory of everything".

I can confidently say that I can not only count to 8 in base 10, I can also count to 8 in base 9, base 11, base 12, 13, ...

Now, with that out of the way, I am not sure what you're asking for when you say "place the math together on one site with a link to it". Are you refering to the LaTeX rendering of mathematical equations? This, when working, shows a mathematical forumula with a link to a popup window that shows the LaTeX code used to generate the formula. If that's your question then I can answer yes, this will be addressed and fixed in the changes coming this next week.

If you're not refering to LaTeX, please provide a few more details and I'll try and give a better answer.
