About the above, first read Gita (SrimathBhagavath Geetha) and then comment about 'act/action part of life,not as a concept, which is not practical (philosophy) way of life.

Have you read and practised in real life the practical theory (thought) of Vedanta? If not---which certainly you have not---then don't give your final 'conclusions' about Eastern philosphy! Eastern philosophy is not based on any 'concept' nor does it subscribe to any 'ism! It is based on six schools of thoughts. pl. study them and if possible, practice any one of them,it will definitely be of some help to your intellect.love&regards.ls.
ps. meditation is a past-time (mental luxury) of lazy minds.

Being adventurous has its advantages.It has shed light on the mysteries of nature,albeit not a consummate one.The point or above views you are trying to refute are not entirely mine.It is by one iconoclast,who had a good idea of Eastern views are about.
