I really don't know how to start so here it goes....
Years ago I started to look at the properties of water..
I began to realize that it had the value of greatness, think of it energy with absolutly no bi-product.. Heres how the theory....
It starts with 2 circular magnets centered in a tubular tank filled 94%. The magnets are 1in apart, they are energized spinning clock and couter clockwise, increasing the polarity increasing the rotation to 10thousand RPMs, The object is to get two stable vortex's centered with the magnets. As the vortex's gain velocity centered with the magnets hopefully the hydrogen and oxygen will intergrate with the magnetic field causing them to bond at a 6 to 1 ratio creating a chain reaction resaulting in an in flux of energy ......
Hopefully that makes sense to somone out there that could help with its development, because the posibilities if done are end less, imagine space travel with magnetic propulsion
