Shantnu You are right. Awareness is not a word to be user commonly. It is a state that comes only after attaining wisdom; that is, after the total perfection of the self.
Angelee You mean Self-Realization.
Shantnu That's right. So my dear boys, it has been a self-illuminating experience for me, while having constructive talks with you.
Student Dada, facts are on the contrary. It has been our fortune that a master like you could spare his valuable time for us and teach us the rudimentary, essential for self-education. Dada, what should we do now?
Shantnu You V.C. and now, even you, have prefixed the superficial word 'Master' on me. By now you ought to have understood there is no difference between you and me, between me and Angelee your VC.
Student But Dada, you have been finding solution to our queries and removing our doubts. Only a master can perform that job.
Shantnu Any person can do that if he has undergone through self-discipline and lived by his philosophy.
Umeshwari And you suppose, any one can do it? Nay my master, not all can do that. Even my previous master had not mastered his self let alone the Self. It is a tall order that only a few can deliver. They first, master it (self) and only then are able to deliver. I know what you will speak of next, that I should not call you a Master and also should not go on changing my Masters! I will follow your old dictates and stand by the philosophy of my old Master, even if, his personal life was not in line with his preaching.
Shantnu It is not like that. It is our conscience that does the business of choosing a Master. And once we have chosen and decided on a Master, after having him evaluated, tested and experienced then there should be no going back. After that if the Master proves otherwise, it is his fault, not yours. But we should stand by his 'word'.
About you boys, your future education of Self and Reality, entirely depends on the sincerity of your purpose. Choose your priority (Philosophy) standby it (Resolve) and ‘live’ by it (Wisdom). This is my parting advice to all of you.
Student Dada, do we have the liberty to choose you as our Master.
Shantnu No. Firstly, you are not mature enough as yet, to take a decision like that. Secondly, the awareness-state of this mind is not expansive enough to accommodate you as well. Choose a better one and live happily.
