Soul Theory

The union of a soul-driver and a human-body at birth forms a human-being. Similarly, the union of a pilot and a flying one-seater plane forms a plane-in-flight. The union of a driver and a moving one-seater car forms a car-in-motion. In all cases, the role of learning, expression of emotions, and conscious decision making are attributes of the soul-driver of the human-being, the pilot of the plane-in-flight and the driver of the car-in-motion, being the driving forces of these entities. The genetic make-up of the human-body then translates as the model of the car of a car-in-motion or the model of the plane of a plane-in-flight. It is therefore observed that we always need the union of a driving force and a body in order to have a living entity, be it a human-being, a plane-in-flight or a car-in-motion. The Soul Theory refers to the driving force of the human-being as the soul-driver, and states that the human-being is made of two parts being the human-body and the soul-driver. You are a soul-driver in a human-body. We are soul-drivers in human-bodies.

Ability to learn and to perform is based on the combination of the knowledge-profile of the driving force, and the genetic-make-up of the body. Comparing a musician to a footballer – we have 2 human beings with different abilities; a crane at work to a tractor at work – we have 2 vehicles-in-motion with different abilities; and flying passenger aircraft to a flying fighter plane – we have 2 planes-in-motion with different abilities. Given the same model of a plane, 2 pilots with different knowledge-profiles will demonstrate different abilities with the plane. Given bodies with similar genetic-make-ups, 2 soul-drivers with different knowledge-profiles may perform differently, one may excel in one field of study and the other may not. A situation best observed with children of same families and therefore with similar genetic-make-ups.

A human-being may be awake or asleep. When a human-being is awake the soul-driver is in control and gets on with its routine of i) learning - acquiring knowledge and experience by getting things done, ii) being subjected to entertaining and unpleasant events, iii) expressing emotions, and iv) taking decisions. However, when a human being is asleep, the body continues to carry out its automated functions, such as heart beating, blood flowing, growth of body cells, and respiration, but the soul-driver in the sleep mode does not actively carry out its role of learning, expression of emotions, and decision making. As soon as the soul-driver comes out of the sleep mode it actively resumes carrying out its functions and the body also continues to perform its automated functions.

Starting from a knowledge-profile with zero revision-levels at creation, soul-drivers acquire knowledge and experience during their waking periods as human beings to build their knowledge-profiles. In line with the law of revision, soul-drivers learn and understand faster at higher revision-levels. The knowledge-profile is therefore a measure of the revision-levels a soul-driver has attained in the various fields of study that we learn.

The knowledge-profile – total acquired and retained knowledge and experience - of the soul-driver at time of waking up is similar to that of the knowledge-profile at time of going to sleep, and any differences will be due to forgetfulness and lack of practice during the sleeping period. The knowledge and experience acquired during the waking period of a soul-driver adds onto the knowledge-profile at time of waking up, contributing to the differences between the knowledge-profiles at time of waking up and at the end of the waking period when the soul-driver goes to sleep. Soul-drivers, as human beings, therefore add onto their knowledge-profiles during the waking periods.

The union of a soul-driver and a human-body at birth forming a human-being is maintained throughout the life-span of the human-body, making it possible for a soul-driver to build up its knowledge-profile from day to day, during the life-span of the human-body.

However, when the human-body ceases to function – when the heart stops beating, blood stops flowing, respiration no longer takes place – then the soul-driver can no longer remain bonded to the human-body, at which time the union between the soul-driver and the human-body ceases, and the human-being is also declared dead. Upon death of the human-being, when the human-body ceases to be alive, the soul-driver departs with its knowledge-profile to join the multitudes of soul-drivers moving along the super highway around the world, in search of another human-body which is required to form another human-being and therefore be able to continue to acquire knowledge and experience to improve its knowledge-profile. It is worth noting that the knowledge-profile stays with the departed soul-driver and not lost with the dead human-body.

The departed soul-driver with its knowledge-profile is eventually re-born in another human-body. This new human-being then starts life with its knowledge-profile having non-zero revision-levels in the fields of study which have been studied by the soul-driver in previous lives. The knowledge-profile at re-birth of this soul-driver in this new human-being and the additional acquired knowledge and experience in this life time will therefore influence the onward performance of this human-being in its various fields of study during this life-cycle.

Talents or excellent performance exhibited by human-beings in certain fields are indications of knowledge-profiles with high revision-levels in these fields of study by the bonded soul-drivers. In fields of study with zero or near zero revision-levels these same talented or high performing human beings will perform poorly. A talented musician may perform poorly in mathematics and so may a talented physicist perform poorly in football. The Soul Theory concludes that talents are not gifts but acquired knowledge and experience by soul-drivers as part of the knowledge-profile which is transferred from a previous life of the soul-driver as a human being to the next life of the soul-driver as another human being. A talent acquired in one life as a human-being is therefore transferred to all subsequent human lives of the same soul-driver.

When a human-being goes to sleep, the human-body continues its automated activities but the soul-driver becomes inactive, until the human-being becomes awake when the same soul-driver then becomes active again. The knowledge-profile of the soul-driver is retained by the human-being and gets developed from day to day as a result of the functions of the soul-driver.

When a human-being dies, the human-body ceases to function, the soul-driver departs with its knowledge-profile, remains inactive, until it is one day re-born with a new human-body to form a new human-being with the dormant knowledge-profile of this soul-driver, which then becomes active once again during the waking periods of this new human-being, to continue its purpose of building its knowledge-profile.

To build one’s knowledge profile from zero revision-levels at creation to maximum revision levels in all fields of study, a soul-driver therefore has to go through several human life-cycles – daily cycles of being awake to falling asleep and several re-born cycles - from birth to death. Until maximum revision-levels are attained in all fields of study the soul-driver will continue going through the human life-cycles.

Human-beings go to sleep and wake up with same soul-drivers. Soul-drivers of dead human-beings depart from the dead human-bodies, and are re-born in new human-bodies to form new human-beings. Knowledge-profiles are transferred with soul-drivers from one dead human-body to a new human-body upon re-birth. The human life-cycle continues until maximum revision-levels are attained, when soul-drivers become all knowing. What a great purpose of life.
