1. The universe is simple.
2. The universe is relational.
3. The universe is background free.
4. The universe is a collection of objects of one type.
5. The universe in the initial state is as follows:

...........O
...........a
...........O
...........a
...........O
...........a
...........O
...........a
...........O
...........a
...........O
...........a
...........O
...........a
...........O

where 'O' is an object and 'a' is a relationship between objects.
'.' is a formating character to cope with buggy software.
6. The universe in the final state is as follows:

...........O
...........b
...........O
...........b
...........O
...........b
...........O
...........b
...........O
...........b
...........O
...........b
...........O
...........b
...........O
...........b
...........O

where 'O' is an object and 'b' is a relationship between objects.
7. The universe in the current state is as follows:

..................O...O...O
..................b....b...b
............O.a.O.a.O.a.O.a.O
........................b
........................O

.............L2..L1...L0..L1...L2
...........|_________|
..................P1
........................|_________|
...............................P2

where 'O' is an object and 'a' and 'b' are relationships between objects.
'L2','L1' and 'L0' are levels in the universe structure.
'P1' and 'P2' are particles.
Objects in level L1 are observed as mass.
Objects in level L2 are observed as charge.
Objects in level L3 are observed as color.
Objects in level L4 are observed as spin.
8. Objects are conserved.
9. Level L0 is static.
10. Spatial dimensions appear when level L3 is declared to be static.

I can see how point 1, 2 and 4 are in agreement with my views. Point 5 about the initial state of the universe doesn't fit with a universe that has always existed (as in my view), but if we use the troublesome big bang as a beginning then I can make it fit with what I think with some responsible speculation to fill the gap. But point 3, "The universe is background free", leads to this question.

Where do the objects in point 5, the initial state, come from if there is no background and if the universe has not always existed.

I am concluding that in your model that the universe has not alway existed because if it had, the levels would have always existed too, and they seem to evolve in your sequence of events because spatial dimensions don't appear from the beginning. They only appear when L3 is declared to be static.
