I have a lot of questions about theories and ideas i have. i am not a physicist. i am a college student who has yet to even take a physics class but i have read books and papers on different topics. i just don't have any friends or co workers who know or care about things like this so i need input from outside sources so here i am.
Q1) in string threory, do the strings all vibrate at the speed of light?
Q2) if so then how do we reach different "notes"?
Q3) is it possible to have strings with no energy that are just tied together creating the vacuum of space?
Q4) if so is that how light moves? a string gains energy and passes it to the next string and on to the next in waves?
Q5) is the energy that strings give off the energy from the original big bang?
Q6) if the other dimensions are curled up so that we can't see them if they were to unravel would that possibly explain the dark energy that is causing the universe to expand faster?
i have plenty more questions but i think i will just leave it at that for now til i get some answers. i will appreciate any input i can get. i know these questions may seem stupid but i am curious.
