    manna in the sky

    manna in the sky

Although pearls in the sky are a bit farfetched, manna in the sky has many honorable mentions in the Old and New Testament of the Holy Bible. These are cited in several books: 1st in Exodus Chapter 16 verse 35, 2nd in Numbers 11:7, 3rd in Joshua 5:12, 4th in Nehemiah 9:20, 5th in Psalms 78:24, 6th in John 6:31, 7th in Hebrews 9:4, and 8th in Revelation 2:17.

The description of manna is as food for long term sustenance. In this sense it can be considered as atmospheric photosynthesis without the need of green plants. It is a direct conversion of water and CO2 into carbohydrates (sugars) and oxygen gas as well as the product of second generation purified water.

Of these citations, the one found in the Book of Psalms (Songs) is quoted starting from verse 23 “Yet He had commanded the clouds above. And opened the doors of heaven,” Verse 24 “Had rained down manna on them to eat, and given them of the bread of heaven.”

On the same token, the Ark of the Covenant is not really a radio transmitter suggested by the movie “Raiders of the Lost Ark.” Most likely Indiana Jones was looking for a converter that directly changes CO2, H2O, and photons into sugars, water, and oxygen gas. The end products are real manna in the sky.

Manna from the sky, that is hard to swallow? The name ambrosia rears its head here, with tales of milk and honey.

When there is famine in Africa, where is the manna then?Or is there pie in the sky!

Not if you believe in the literal meaning of the Bible.

Then they should have prayed more intensely since manna were supply from a belief in the Almighty above. On the other hand, it works better in the arid desert.
