Universal consciousness and personal consciousness I see as one in the same yet we are somehow removed and must find our way back. I say 'back' because I feel that at birth the connection was strong and the ideals of man slowly deminished the connection to the point that you are no longer sure of who you are. Perhaps when we shut up long enough (silence) the two begin to reconnect into one. It is always calling us, but we can't hear it over the sounds of our own ideas.

The universe is self-aware

I just found this thread by accident and wanted to add my Ya Hoo's!!

Don't ask me how I know this but the universe has just recently become self aware.

Both the universe and humanity are the same thing.

The cosmos are created of apparency.

You are right Michael the universe does have consciosness and indeed is self aware. The universe, including us, as far as I am concerned, is the Physical Body of God. We need to be aware that we are part of Him.
