In my "ToE" the universe is still in it's fetal or, at the very least, early infant stages.
However, it's a moot point because I cannot back up my claim/belief with any hard evidence.

Anyhow, if "you" are continuous with the universe...via some sort of quantum field...and "you" are self aware...which I'm sure you are...then, does that not make the universe, which gazes back upon itself through you, in some sense, "self" aware?

Here's my problem with "self-aware". Very few creatures are in fact self aware. Survival Instinct and Self awareness are two different things. To be self aware you must be able to look in a mirror and say, "That is Me". It is not solely a human trait. But not all animals have it. A couple of primates and maybe a few others, but it's not as common as one would think.
Infants are not "self aware" for the 1st year of their life.
The question for me is, is the universe old enough for the congnitive ability to be aware of itself? It's possible, but I am with reserve given the limited information I have access to.

If universe is energy and universe is self aware then energy is self aware. It should be self aware since it is the way it is. Energy can not be created so nobody created it. But it just is. If what I can see is energy and why I can see is energy. Then all I can see is energy. And I am also energy. Then I am a part of this omniscient all knowing and all doing energy. Now, can I say I am self aware. Sorry, if I am not I but I am energy then there is no me. Now can I say I am self aware????? Then where is the me??? Am 'I' ready to be absorbed. If I am a part of it then why should I be absorbed I can play my part because I am not playing it its all energy.

Great to hear from you my friend,yes energy is aware,all is consciousness,however there are degress of awareness Mohan,we are "self aware" a snake is "aware" but minus the self.

Energy,consciousness,are one of the same thing when we use many names for just ONE
force we tend to create confusion.
