Each level of existence (LOE) has a maximum dimension of 3. Time is not a dimension in any LOE.

Level Of Existence (LOE). For this to exist there must be Local Infinitesimal Motion (LIM). And for LIM to exist there must be 8 properties of Directional Invariance Equilibrium (DIE). Therefore, to live forever, you must die first at current LOE then move onto a different dimensional plane or LOE.
