I put the questions, each of us can give an answer...
Personally, I think that nearly 90€ of the times we are happy, we are't. That happiness is created by our minds, and it is like a perfect clone of happiness that our brains create.
Also, many people think of happiness a something to achieve, as the goal of our lifes......That is wrong. Happiness is completely impossible to be directly created or provoke happiness. You can help it to happen inderctly. Happiness is a moment, that can be second, minutes, maybe hours, not more, when you feel complete and satisfyed.

Antonio Lao,
I must disagree with what you say.
Imagen a world were everybody is completely happy. Then, you see some people. You "zoom" into one of the poeple's mind, and it happens that one of the thinks need for him to be 100% is that not everybody is completely happy, or that someone in particular that he hates and doesn't want him to be happy, or maybe, to be completely happy. he needs not to be completely happy. This a controversial paradox. Or imagen a person that to be completely happy needs real madrid (here in spain, it is football team) win the spanish league. Whiles another person to be completely happy, needs Barça (another football team) to win the spanish league. Then, whatever happends, there will always be a eprson that isn't completely happy.

absolute happiness come from mastering the principle of Levity.
L - learning to live a full life
e - enhancement or a drive for excellence
v - valiant, brave and courageous
i - integrity, honesty and fairness
t - totality, completion
y - yearning and compassion
most people are just relatively and temporarily happy. absolute happiness last forever, extending into the afterlife.

It highly depends in how you look at happiness, what you cosider it, how do you describe it, and more basically, what you think absolute happiness is.
It is completely relative. (I think so)...

in physics, love is energy, and pure energy is everlasting love. Life is action or angular momentum, this is called Planck's constant .

I started this thread in the filosofy forum becuase I wanted a filosofical discussion, if it's pssobile.
I don't think love is energy. (maybe it is in physics...) love is a feeling, but If you have experimented real pure love (not love to family or frien) then you would understand that love doesn't meen happiness.
When you have love you suffer, and I don't know you, but I'm not happy when I suffer....... Although it is true that I like love and feeling it.
About happines, I think that if someone does all the things that that person loves (likes) to do, then you will end hating doing only things you love.

it takes energy to love and it takes no energy to hate but it takes energy to create and to destroy. Happiness is to create.
