Super-luminal quantum communication and consciousness

About a week ago I was researching quantum superluminal communication on-line, on which subject the scientific community appears to be divided as to its theoretical feasibility. During my investigations I was at first somewhat surprised to encounter many discussions concerning the theory of consciousness and wave collapse, and then I realized that there was a natural relationship which ultimately will find itself integral to a unified theory of everything. Those of you who have been with the ToeQuest since my first submission will know what I am talking about, where this pertains to my theory of the anthropocentric Universe and the intrinsic role that the idea, or “premonition”, which initiated that quantum fluctuation must have in the creation process, and why this requires cognizant life to manifest as a predisposition to that idea, for a premonition cannot exist without a conscious source and it is also not time-dependent. Essentially, I was saying that life is not co-incidental to the existence of the Universe but that it must exist to meet that requirement.

HAL838, an expert member on the site http://www.allexperts.com/, broached the subject of self-awareness and consciousness with the following question:

Is it or is it not true that the very act (by living organisms) of observation in consideration of superposition causes wave collapse revealing a subject's position and reality, and if not observed, theoretically, the subject's position and reality would remain perpetually in a state of probability.

This received the following response:

Quite true and you put it very well, actually. Keep in mind that the EXTREMELY LARGE works on the same principle as the EXTREMELY small and that the Universe also has a 'wave function.' Quantum Physics and its proper understanding begs for a "Universal Consciousness." Those scientists who truly keep an open mind are coming to that conclusion, as it becomes more obvious that nothing can truly be understood as reality without subjectivity.

If tachyons are the closest(sqc) and they are unstable and not proved... what happens when other variables are unstable at the same time/mass...

not sure if i'm asking right... but very curious about communication.

There are many scientist that have pondered this notion of “universal consciousness”, including myself almost 40 years ago; it lasted almost a week.

Though this is not stating the existence of a god, it is inferring “intelligent design”. Many god believers attempt to use this type of theory and conjecture as physical evidence of creationism. I’ve found it extremely important to know the agenda of those who promote such misuse of Quantum Physics. Believe me when I say I would love to see evidence of such a phenomena; as it is I’ll remain an extreme skeptic.

BTW: be very cautious of lectures and seminars on Quantum Physics that are held in a church.

I have visited a few churches ~Baptist, LDS, Catholic... But I don't belong to a church. My husband just left for church. I told him he looked different in those clothes. He's all growed up now. (joking with him).

I'm not picking sides. There are no sides to pick in a circle. My husband enjoys going to church. That makes me happy. My not going shouldn't make him unhappy.

I think I believe in evolution, yet integrated with some form of design. I don't know how to put it into words. Void, big bang, creation, evolution... I don't think God is some puppet master... I don't know ...

I'm a newbie (swear word to my kids). I'm just exploring.

My kids play WOW. They each play it with their own style. Dainel has adventured every place imaginable. David plays with a purpose, a mission. Brian tags along and flits from brother to brother. Matthew is a mixture of all. They have friends from many places in the real world that play with them.

The world got a lot bigger for me when I had kids. It expanded beyond my imagination. Science came alive, shown in a new light. My connection with nature deepened. In order to keep our relationship positive I needed to truly communicate with them and understand them. I need to be open to everything.

My HS geometry teacher taught us that every circle has 2 sides; in-side and out-side.

We should leave any discussion of God out of this forum. Everyone has their own interpretation of what that word means, and what it represents. I feel it would be presumptuous to attempt to discuss the concept unless everyone accepts a basic definition.

This "Universal Consciousness" whereof you speak is not a focused consciousness that stops with "God". It is the higher plane of perpetuation which underlies the necessary accommodation that must exist for creation to have happened in the first place. What we do understand is that premonitions or fore-tellings do not exist in the temporal framework wherein we find ourselves. There is no intelligent designer. If there were, it would not have taken two billion years for a simple single-celled life form with just a few nucleotide sequences in them to evolve into a eukaryote, a single-celled life form with a nucleus. But the determination that it did points to a direction which unfolds as naturally as that which led to existence in the first place.

I find it curious that you read "God" into this. We are scientists, not god-boys.

Everyone already knows I was absent a lot in school. So, I pick inside cause the outside is scary. In mass confusion it's hard to see God, but I feel God in everything. I just can't paint a clear picture.

Why do people do the things they do in the name of God? What kind of picture do they have in their head? Why is there war, even here?

Is the word 'God' the confusion? Because my mom is my mom, but not as outwardly motherly as others. I won't call anyone else mom.

My boys love dinosaurs. Last night Matthew had to make sure that the dinosaurs were created before Adam and Eve.

Why can't we be both scientist and god boy?
