    Kepler’s fortune

Between the years 1601 and 16019 Johannes Kepler living in a German country with ineffective dogmatic religious authorities was able to formulate his laws of planetary motion basing on the Copernican system of heliocentricity. In the annals of science, Kepler’s dilemma was the exact opposite of later days discovers. He was a consummate mathematician in search of good experimental data. Without data he was led to wrongly postulate Platonic solids representing the 5 visible planets of the 17th century. Fortunately, from persistent begging and humiliation he was able to receive perfect data from the influential and wealthy Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe. These allow him to trace the curves of heavenly ellipses and unknowingly discovering that planets move by dual focal points. One of the foci is occupied by the source of the gravity force. But what is the purpose of the unoccupied focus? There still no satisfactory scientific explanation for this planetary eccentricity. Is this the same physical phenomenon as the empty molecular orbital? That minimizes energy? Obviously perfect symmetry as that of a circular conic section, the two foci merged into one center of the circle. But circles can be perfect only in 2 spatial dimensions in a Euclidean plane. Or in 3 and 1 time dimension of a light-cone these circles represent closed world-lines of constant time interval.
Time independence: [∂E(g)]²=[∂F(a)×∂r(a)]·[∂F(b)×∂r(b)] and Mass independence: a(tr(t)=c²

Isn't it too many years 14,418 for developing just 3 planetary laws?

That depends on whether there is a counter phenomena for empty molecular orbital that is analogue to the occupied focus.

Smile The circle is just part of a vortexes spiral.

Perfect symmetry is the result of spiral the vortex, the law of universal
economy only really favours the vortex, because its fits the bill absolutely.
A circle is a part of that spin.
    regards michael.

    What part exactly?

That's what makes me question every circle of thought, every ism: what do they refer. In this case, what part of the spin does the circle occupy/represent/imply/inhere...whatever term you use?

    1619 not 16019

The year is 16019 for the Kepler's spirit in all of us. But for the original Kepler it was 1619.

I know. lol. It was just a joke. What I wonder is whether Kepler's spirit will last as long as the anti-Kepler spirit, not in the sense of against Kepler, but against this kind of scientific progress, independent of what money it would give us. And the spirit against this science is big, bigger everyday.

I'm sure you and me will never know if it takes 14,418 years for both of us to witness the outcome.

Maybe if we have the whole knowledge of what has happened in the past 14,418 years, then we know everything that will happen until then, and therefore know what would happen from then on.

However, I doubt humanity ever reaches such point. The maximum would be the year 3,000, from then on the probability of still existing falls at superspeed (by the famous equations that define the probability of the existence of a civilization in a galaxy during a time).

We need the physical apparition of the Force. Where are Luke and Anakin Skywalkers when we need them most?

Einstein was anakin, he first helped with SR but then gave us GR's math and went to the dark side. QM is the emperor, the thing is that someone, me, or you, or anyone else, must take the role of Luke to get a hand on GR, re-desing it, and kill the emperor. Yes, it's true, at the end GR dies too, but QM falls. And what is left, is the one thing we all need, the hope of a new future, Luke, the TOE.
