    Bubbles under the galaxies

Webster and wolfgang preist produced a theory 12 years ago ,that galaxies are having bubbles under their surfaces these bubbles were called as void of matter and invisible .Now this applicable still today ,can't it be the way to dark matter or that phenomenon is is already considered dark matter.
    give more questions.

Would these boubles interact with fermions? and with bosons? if so, how?

Is there spacetime fabric in them? Could something exist there?

If they are boubles, what are their membranes made of?

    Maybe they
aremade of polarised thought cloaked down to register at a physical constant?

u say of bubbles-can we refer to these voids of matter as singularities. so that galaxies have singularities below them(singularities-matter-darkmatter)
