That statement is psychologically revealling - call it a Freudian slip. He might be saying that if he can't come up with the TOE than nobody else can. I reason that because he said that insistence on it would make science impossible. I encourage enthusiasm. On the other hand, he might be suggesting that when we have it all figured out, than there would be no reason to be going to school to learn how."Insistence on the postulate of complete logical classification would make sceince impossible."
