how it evolves?

dimensionally speaking, we can say that the universe evolves from zero (0D) dimension into 1D then 2D then 3D then 4D then ???

but the 3D is just a higher level of 0D (from 4D's point of view. This explains why the quarks and leptons are point-particles) and the 4D is a higher level of 1D. 5D is a higher level of 2D and the cycle is repeated into higher and higher levels of existential reality: 0D, 1D, 2D, 0D, 1D, 2D, 0D, 1D, 2D, 0D, 1D, 2D,...

As you suggest Antonio the universe starts with a point zero dimension,then evolves into
three.then what?Three dimensions with a fourth implied,maybe thats all there really
can be,after all these 10 or 11 dimensions that are supposed to be almost infinitely tiny
rolled up things,are all theories that may well have no substance at all.
Prehaps evolution does its alloted task within the parameters of four dimensions.

I would describe it as a level of existence (LOE). Moreover, each LOE is limited to 3 dimensions. Adding one more dimension would simply move a defined structure into the next higher LOE. Subtracting one more dimension from a one dimensional LOE would simply move the structure down to a lower LOE which appears as zero dimension to a higher LOE.

It appears that we have had three dimensions,with a fourth implied for millions of years
can you forsee that this will eventually roll out to more,or would you consider that highly
unlikely?

Has anyone else ever felt like they might have been dumped out to the fifth dimension, or fell into it, and thought better go back to the fourth, this place is empty, or is that emptied out into the fourth? Have we been looking into the womb of dimensions and not know it?
One thing is for sure, they are so clean and empty when you first encounter them as unknowns.
