| power of choice-volition-evolution-revolution It is clear that the continuum hypothesis implies the axiom of choice. The universe is rational and quantized until we chose it to be irrational and continuous. The irrationality is superficial, temporary, and limited. However, the rationality is fundamental, everlasting, and limitless. Continuity leads to zero probability, while discreteness leads to infinite possibilities. Furthermore, the minuteness or pointedness of this basic quantum rationality, which is describable by numbers, jumps over into doubled infinities. What is in between is the quantum universe of our existence. Before there can be an evolutionary process, there must be a volition or an act of will power to begin the process. When the evolution is too slow then a revolution intercedes. Along the way, many unfortunate species become extinct due to various factors: oppression, laziness, boredom, loneliness, starvation, inaction, sickness, or inability to cope with life. By its very nature, evolution is a gradual continuous process of change, while revolution is an abrupt catastrophic quantized process. The zero time interval between life and death is catastrophic, a sudden change in dimensional consciousness. The time interval, of our three dimensional existence, gives a statistical average about 75 years. |
