From 2D perspective, you're absolutely correct. But from a 3D perspective, the center becomes the divergence of a curl of a vector field, which is always zero. So that all the tangential components of the hurricane is countered by two opposite normal components. For the hurricane, this normal component is downward with the opposite lifting force creating the funnel shape structure of hurricanes as well as tornadoes.

The astronomical version of this phenomenon is observed by the opposite jets emanating from the center of an accretion disc in the vicinity of a black hole whose energy output is tremendous in the X rays spectrum. X rays cannot be seen by the naked eye but can be detected by radio telescopes.

That is excellent extra information.

The difference between a structure based on unification and a structure without unification hinges on the question if nothing is just plain nothing or if nothing is mighty fundamental. Read In Search of a Cyclops with titillating mathematical evidence (see homepage) to find out if separation belongs to the fundamental basics of our universe - or not.
