Atomic Bomb!

Who ever decides to drop an atomic bomb on a country is not only infinitely stupid, but is also a criminal.

It's even not only that one country that will suffer from it and its innocent civilians; the wind might just take the radiation to other countries that will suffer from that as well.

If we could ever outlaw war on the planet. Then all conflicts would be police actions. There is no possible situation, in a police action, where nuclear weapons could be seen as necessary. In a world where one nation can invade and conquer another nation nukes can be seen to be necessary as a deterrent.

Who gives a crap? Let's just get it over with and put ourselves out of our misery. Maybe if we set off enough of the damed things we can detonate the atmosphere and provide some entertainment for children in galaxies afar. Is that it?

It will happen soon when Iran or some other nuts start it. Then only a few good people will be left (we hope) and will start civilization over again.

Why even worry about it? Right? We're circling the bowl. Let's blow our asses back to the stone age and stop and start it all again. I guess I, for one, am a little more optimistic. I can certainly see the possibility of a limited nuclear exchange in the middle east, over oil. But maybe, if that happens, we will see once and for all how unehtical it is to use these divices. Not just unethical it is extremely foolish.

Until our class system breaks down, the rigid boundaries that tell us we are separated as a humanity by color, creed, race..etc...we will not defeat stratagies that take nations to war. Until we see ourselves as one humanity we will continue to make decisions on an outer moral basis versus an inner, higher ethical basis. Outer morality is nation and state based, the inner ethical higher basis is universal, global and recognizes all humanity as one....
